At Fresh Box Market, we've designed a simple and efficient process to ensure that you receive the freshest, locally sourced produce right at your doorstep. Here's how it works:

1. Check Your Delivery Area:

• Visit our "Delivery Areas" page to confirm that we can deliver to your location. We want to make sure we can reach you first!

2. Place Your Order:

• Order anytime before 4 pm every Tuesday. Your order will be scheduled for delivery that same week.
• Subscribers, don't forget you can add extra products to your order as long as it's before our Tuesday deadline.
• Choose the correct method for your order: In-store pickup at our Fergus location or Delivery right to your door.

3. Order Deadline:

• Orders placed after the Tuesday 4 pm deadline will be scheduled for the following week. We do this to guarantee the freshness of your produce.

4. Stay Updated:

• Once you place your order, our dedicated team will keep you informed at every step of the way.
• You'll receive updates from the moment we receive your order, to the day of delivery, right up to when your order is only 1.5 hours away from reaching your home.

5. Enjoy Your Delivery:

• Relax and let us do the work. Sit back, knowing that we're sourcing the best produce around for you.
