Ordering & Delivery Policies

Welcome to Fresh Box Market! We strive to provide you with the freshest and most convenient service possible. To ensure a smooth ordering and delivery process, please review our policies below:

Subscription Holds:

  • All subscriptions are billed week to week. You must skip your order by 11:55pm on Monday. You can easily skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your Manage Subscription dashboard — no need to email us anymore.

  • For 12-week subscriptions, you may skip up to 3 times per cycle. For now, skip requests must still be made by email.

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellations can be managed directly through your customer dashboard.

  • For 12-week subscriptions, you have two options:

    1. Pay a $25 processing fee and the subscription will end immediately.

    2. Receive one final week of delivery, after which the subscription will automatically end.

 

3. Delivery Confirmation:

  • Once your order is out for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email along with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
  • You are responsible for receiving the delivery, so please be available or make necessary arrangements.

4. Proof of Delivery:

  • Rest assured, all our deliveries come with proof of delivery to ensure it reaches the right place.
  • We are not responsible for items left out during extreme weather conditions (cold or hot seasons). Please be ready to receive your delivery, you are welcome to leave out a tote or blanket during the winter months. Have a specific request for us to place it in the garage etc? Email us!

5. Order Pickup:

  • If you opt for order pickup and fail to collect your order on time, the order will be forfeited.
  • We are unable to issue a refund for an order that was not picked up, as we purchase products based on orders.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure timely pickup.

6. Communication:

  • For any questions or concerns about our policies, please feel free to email us. We're here to help!

7. Apartment and Condo Deliveries:

  • If your order is delivered to an apartment or condo, ensure you are available to receive it from our in-house delivery staff.
  • Unlike regular deliveries, we use our own staff to ensure a caring and personalized service.
  • Please provide details like buzz code or best contact number to ensure we ca reach you!

8. Order Deadline:

  • Subscriptions: The cutoff to edit, skip, or cancel is Monday at 11:55 PM.

  • Add-ons & One-Week Orders: You can add items to your delivery or place a one-time order until Monday at 7:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will automatically roll over to the following week.

  • For full details, please refer to your original subscription email.

9. Produce substitutions:

  • We are committed to providing the freshest and highest quality produce. Due to the nature of our 24 hour business model there may be rare occasions when a specific fresh produce item is unavailable or does not meet our quality standards. If in the case substitutions can and will be made. No refunds or credits will be offered. 

10. Out of range:

  • If your delivery address is out of range you will be refunded in full. Please see our delivery areas to see if we service your area.. 

11. Customer Satisfaction

  •  If you are unhappy with any produce you receive or have an issue, please reach out to us, Our team is amazing and can assist you in any matter. Please include order number, name and delivery address. The more details, the better!
