HOW TO ORDER

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR BOX OR BUILD YOUR OWN
Pick from one of our three curated Fresh Boxes — Regular, Fruit, or XL — each packed with 8–15 fresh, seasonal items sourced locally and worldwide. Prefer full control? You can also build your own order from scratch.

STEP 2: ADD-ONS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Want more variety? Add extra fruits, veggies, or pantry favorites to your order.

• Subscribers get our best deals and can edit, add to, skip, or cancel their box each week until Monday at 11:55 PM.

• One-time orders & add-ons can be placed until Monday at 7:00 PM for that week’s delivery.

• Orders placed after these deadlines will automatically roll over to the following week.

STEP 3: CHECKOUT
Once you’ve made your selections, head to checkout. Choose pickup or delivery — whichever works best for you.

• We kindly request that you place your order before our specified deadline. This ensures that we have enough time to carefully prepare and curate your Fresh Box.
• Orders received after this deadline will be scheduled for delivery or pickup in the following week.
• Kindly note that due to the dynamic nature of our business and the varying volume of orders week to week, we are unable to guarantee a precise delivery estimated time of arrival (ETA).
